I’ve had my ears pierced by Ruby several times and she’s always amazing! She’s professional, gentle, and makes you feel completely at ease. Every time the piercing has healed perfectly with no issues at all. I wouldn’t go to anyone else – highly recommend her if you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and reliable piercer!

Amazing facial!! After coming back from holiday I had quite an uneven tan. I came to Ruby’s for a hydro facial and instantly saw the difference and felt comfortable in my skin again and the facial looked even better after a week. Me and my mum went into the salon today to see if I could get some waxing done. At first, Ruby was very professional, and said I couldn't get waxing done because I hadn't done it before so would need a patch test. So my mum asked if she could do threading instead. She said yes. My mum asked if she could do threading on both my face and arms, and she said no she couldn't. She started joking that she'd get exhausted, and that she wasn't that strong that she could do threading on my arms. When my mum asked again, she told her fellow workers, and they started laughing at my mum. It was very embarrassing, because she made us feel stupid. She could have very easily said no that's not possible and kept it professional. I'm very disappointed. I said to my mum let's go, and she put her hand on my back and told me she could still do threading on my face but I said no thanks. Then my mum explained we'd originally wanted waxing done since I'd had a bad reaction to laser treatment. Ruby told us waxing can be very bad and cause bad reactions, and said I should still have a patch test. We said no, but she kept insisting and explaining a patch test as if we didn't know what it was. My mum explained that we already knew what a patch test was because I'd had one when I was getting my hair dyed. But she kept explaining it. I'm autistic and I get scared of reactions happening on my skin. But when my mum tried to explain that, she kept talking over her and insisting I do a patch test. We eventually left, and I didn't get any services from her.i will never go back

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The hairdresser was rude and unprofessional throughout the appointment. She showed little care or effort in her work and rushed through the service in a way that felt lazy and inattentive. What was most upsetting, however, was her behavior toward a little girl, which was completely inappropriate and unkind. No child should be treated with impatience or disrespect in a professional setting. I would not recommend this hairdresser and hope the salon takes customer service and basic professionalism more seriously in the future.

I went in for waxing, i met Ruby, she gave an outstanding service, i was really impressed by the place, service and cost. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Ruby for your outstanding customer service. This is now my new parlour for all my needs.
