I’m a professional bodybuilder and also compete in MMA, so my training is intense and demanding. I went to Mo at Apex Physio Clinic with ongoing groin pain that was affecting my lifting and performance. From the first session, Mo was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly understood high-level training demands. He didn’t just treat the pain but looked at the bigger picture, especially hip mobility, strength, and movement patterns. The hands-on treatment and rehab work were tailored to my sport, not generic. Thanks to Mo, my groin pain has massively improved and I’m back training hard with confidence. Highly recommend Apex Physio Clinic to anyone training seriously.
I highly recommend Apex Physiotherapy Clinic for a good physio treatment in Bradford. I recently finished treatment for both a long-standing, persistent lower back pain and a separate, aggravating shoulder issue, and the relief I've experienced is incredible. My physiotherapist, Mo, was truly outstanding. He was professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly how these issues were impacting my daily life. His treatment approach was precise, combining effective manual therapy with targeted exercises that made a noticeable difference right away.
I received excellent care at Apex Physio. Every part of the assessment and treatment was clearly explained to me and I felt they were invested in me getting better. I was also offered different treatments to suit me and my lifestyle. I would recommend anyone to give them a try if your body isn't feeling 100%
Hands down the best and I mean the best. I box and wow I’ve never had knots taken out my back so well and wow it feels next level rn.
After suffering a knee injury in a sambo competition it was recommended I go to apex physio for a diagnosis to get the root problem so that I can have a full recovery. Mo was able to diagnose the full extent of the injury (MCL Sprain) and provided me with an excellent personalised program to help restore full functional. Was able to get back to the mats as soon as possible
