Massage by KSR- (Kinematics Sports Rehab-Sports Therapy)

I just have to write a review and share my experience. I have a had such a worse groin and shoulder pain (upper inner thigh) from horse riding for 3 months I went to soo many places around Bradford and no one can get the tension released. I was suffering from a lot of day to day activities.I heard about brother Hashim from kinematics massage, he assessed the situation and said to me he will get this tension released, I personally thought either he’s over confident or he’s really this good. He spent 2 hours working on me and my groin and shoulder pain actually disappeared it was like it wasn’t there. Every 3 weeks I am booked in with them. Best service best experience and he’s someone who knows what he’s doing

This is the second time I've gone to KSR and I am very happy with the massage and fixing my issue with my back and arm. This issue had been bothering me for some time, but as usual life gets in the way and I neglected this. I finally decided to get this sorted, and messaged KSR for a solution. Hashim is very knowledgeable on his area of expertise, and he can also have a nice chat while rectifying my issues. He mentioned what could be the cause and what I could personally change within my lifestyle to avoid further issues. I would 100% recommend him for any issues anyone could be suffering from.

booked in for a sports massage after dealing with some tightness and soreness, and I can honestly say it made a huge difference. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to focus on the areas that needed the most work. Pressure was spot on firm enough to get into the muscles but still comfortable. I left feeling looser, lighter, and with a much better range of movement. I would highly recommend. I’ve been dealing with ongoing back pain and sciatic symptoms, which Hashim was able to identify and treat with great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be booking monthly treatments, as I can already feel improvements in my flexibility. The heated massage table was a bonus!

Hi ksr are doing a fantastic job especially hashim he has a friendly approach and will help were he can either that be appointments dates changing or fit u in last minute. I would recommend ksr to somebody that has had a stoke and is suffering from pains due to the effects of the stoke as hashim has helped myself and another patient when I was in hospital. He has been so understanding working with us on were pain-relief is needed plus working on our limbs that have been affected due to stroke. He has been better then the hospital. Keep up the good work hashim!
