Having had two parcels delivered recently, the first they couldn't find so we had to get a refund, the second I had to go back two days in a row as they couldn't find it, when they finally found it. Think they have taken too much on, running a convenience store, taking care of parcel deliveries and returns and also running now a post office.

Did you know that we have our very own racist store keeper at Jas Convenience Store (Eccleshill, Bradford, BD2 3ES) who has point-blank refused to give me my parcel because I didn't wait patiently until all the White customers had been served first? And how dare I have the temerity to challenge him on it. For that he said he'd rather destroy my parcel than let me have it- then proceeded to pick it up and smash it into the bin!! That is downright criminal behaviour and the only reason Police haven't taken action is because I have been unable to ascertain the degree of damage since he has refused to let me collect it. His justification for making me wait till the end of the que -" these [white] people are my real customers!!" ..and.."I don't make anything off these bloody parcels!" Why offer the service if that's the case!? And in any case, he was quite happy to serve the White lady behind me who was also there to collect a parcel. For context, the parcel was a LEGO set I'd bought for my little boy. He had his heart set on building it together with me over the Easter weekend. We are both absolutely gutted that this bigot has taken this away from us.

Ordered an item to be collected here on eBay, upon trying to collect it I was told that I needed a bar code that was sent to me by email to scan or they wouldn't give me it. I called eBay as nobody gave me a bar code. eBay tells me that they are in the wrong and need to call eBay for the code. I visited again to tell them this and they refused to call eBay, so I got eBay on the phone, he refused to write down the code saying it must be wrong and I'm wasting his time, I told him to speak to eBay using my phone and he refused. I eventually had to resort to threatening to call the police if he didn't try the code so he did and it worked. Inept and extremely rude at best thieves at worst, you decide.

I've only ever been to use the post office, staff are friendly and straight forward in getting enquiries done. Quick service and the shop looks to be well stocked.

If i could give less I would illegally add 50p onto every card transaction and don’t even tell you just sneak it onto your bill, milk etc way more expensive than the shops near them
