Head unit (Boost CD) buttons not working on certain generations of Mini cars is a well documented problem, all due to poor design choice by BMW/Mini. The unit can no longer be purchased as an original spare part. However, Revtronic repair that fault at an economical price. I posted my faulty unit to Revtronic on a Thursday, It got there on Friday, by Saturday morning I receieved a message that a courier will pick it up and deliver to me. The unit was picked up by the courier on Monday, I got it on Tuesday early afternoon. If it was not for the weekend, it would have taken less than 72hours from sending it. That is an amazing service. Needless to say, the unit's fault was rectified and I now have a radio head unit that has all its buttons working again.

I sent off my BMW head unit to Revtronic for the EntryNav 2 CarPlay activation, which included fitting a WLAN port. I couldn’t find anywhere else in the UK that offers this service. The turnaround was fast; I had it back within a few days. I ran into a small issue as I wasn’t using the same size screen from factory, so I gave them a call. Banny was especially helpful and provided great service. I ended up driving over to see them in person and he got everything sorted. I’d highly recommend Revtronic.

Took a very old radio in and they manged to sort it. Fantastic service. Dad has been without a radio for 5 years. Brought one which wouldn't work. Took to this place and they sorted it. Will recommend this place to others. Thank you one very happy dad. X

Absolute amazing service from them fixed my head unit in my Mercedes without any issues. Very knowledgeable as I went to Mercedes and they didn’t have any idea what was wrong with it an within 30 seconds on the phone to them they were able to list the faults that I had on it and more importantly say they were able to repair it. Would honestly recommend them for any issues you have with your in car entertainment systems.

Amazing service! When our KIA’s Satnav/Radio screen suddenly decided to show only random lines the prognosis by the local dealer was a replacement unit at a cost of upwards of £1500. Fortunately another company recommended Revtronic in Bradford and after a phone call and e-mailing pictures of the screen to Pops the diagnosis was that just the screen needed replacing. After removing the unit I posted it off on Monday. And was surprised to get a call on Wednesday to say it was fixed, tested and ready to be returned, and duly received it back on Friday, ready to be refitted the following weekend. The screen was clearer and brighter than the original and all the functionality was back. It really is great to find a company who are able to repair a unit rather than just saying the only solution is to replace it and what’s more at a substantially lower cost than a new unit. Not only that, but the service was excellent with really helpful staff and such a short repair time. Again many thanks to Revtronic and in particular Pops.
