Good selection of desserts with a good variety of teas and drinks. Prices were reasonable, but some were a little bit on the high side. The pancakes were awesome. Best I’ve had so far the other cakes were also very soft and good flavouring. P.s they had a 10+% service charge without informing anyone. They haven’t mentioned it anywhere and use a printer which prints the invoice faded in places so you can’t read the invoice correctly. You only get the invoice on the way out. Has really affected my opinion of the place.
I had a long awaited meeting with an old friend and colleague today at Mustahidas. It was my first time visiting and it was a revelation. The ambiance, the service with a smile and the choice were all amazing. Our sweet and savoury afternoon tea was crammed with choice and variety. It's obvious that the team here are curious about what works best and creative in making it happen. Exquisite from beginning to end 👏🏽👏🏽.
We came to visit the bakery from Manchester a few days ago. Although close to closing time, we phoned ahead to see if it would be ok to sit in. They allow the last sitting 30 minutes before closing and were extremely accommodating. As well as checking in on us, they allowed us to remain past the closing time to finish our order and the service was fantastic, with a smile. The employee named Haadi served us, with patience and diligence, a smile and politeness which really stood out and had a positive impact on our experience. This is definitely not always the case in most establishments. As for the desserts, all baked in-store - from cheesecakes, pancakes, french toast, matilda cakes and their milkshakes (Jammie dodger in particular) were amazing. They really don't compromise on quality and as such they are worth the price. We will definitely be coming back for more!!
Amazing deserts and drinks. The only think is fresh mint tea should be lose tea with frsh mint in a pot. The cup was very slightly small but was a nice cup. The wife loved her caramel latte
Very nice interior. Modern and warm. The San Sebastian cheesecake was top quality. Cornflake tart and custard was great too. The karak chai was authentic. Good selection of cakes on offer.
