Went inside Pret A Manger and ordered a hot chocolate. I asked if a latte art design was possible, and the barista added a small heart design on top, which was a nice touch, while the shop was very busy. The hot chocolate tasted good and the service was quick. To the barista who made it, I appreciated the effort with the heart design, thank you.
I have been coming to this branch for 6 months now and have been thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the baristas, especially Jana. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and tbh I think this is the best Pret experience that I have had in the past 2 years across UK.
I bought slad today.they gave me the rotten vegetables to me. It doesn't fresh. I felt very bad.
I don’t usually like to pret, but it was the only place open this morning. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service, staff were nice and the cafe is nice.
