Halfords - Halifax

I purchased my product online and collected instore. The whole process was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Its just a pity Halfords have to share the parking with other retailers which can make it like wacky racers at times!

I had my Nextbase dash cam fitted by Nick at Halfords Halifax. I received a good explanation around the fitting of the front and rear cameras, and patient assistance in getting the camera set up with the technology in my car and on my phone. All appears to be working as it should and very easy to use. Excellent service - and with a smile!

I went to Halfords for a bike service yesterday and would just like to thank the two men working in that department at 3pm (didn't catch their name unfortunately). Their service was very impressive and they cleaned my bike and gave me a blue light discount and were very transparent with what I was paying for. They went over and above what was required of them and were so friendly. I thought I had left my bag on the bike when I took it in for service and they checked the cameras for me and showed me without hesitation (I hadn't brought it in with me, my mistake). Absolutely amazing job from start to finish and I hope they get to see this review as im very thankful for what they did yesterday. Very much appreciated, top notch bike service.

Had my dashcam fitted by Neil today. The process was very straightforward, the work started on time and took 45 minutes to complete. The instructions given after installation were clear and I was reassured that it I have any problems I can call back to ask Neil about it. Would recommend
