I had the pleasure meeting Mo and his team this morning. Im usually at Dulux but after today's customer service I will always be coming here. Mo and his staff helped this lady who had an accident in the car park, spilling her paint. The team couldn't do enough for her. They comforter her, made the Area safe for the rest of the public as well as take care of the walk in customers. The lady also was highly appreciated. Its not often you see youth of today at this age do such act and for me they hold a very special place in my head and heart. Great work lads and Mo keep doing what you do.
I feel like I’ve accumulated a rooms worth of paint in tester pots over the past couple of weeks 😂 but always nice to see Saqib and Tom - they’re both great 😊 Friendly and very helpful - keep up the good work, guys 👍🏻

Been down a few times now, great customer service and banter from from Craig, Nick, Faisal and Chris. Looked after us well and catered to our needs every time, although Craig needs to get the biscuits out next time. The paints from the trade store are also better in quality than retail store and there is a much wider range of shades. Thanks for helping me take the tins to the car too.
