Staff not very friendly. Store is fab. Could do with a lesson or two in people skills to match effort in store appearance. I suggest shop around from nearby stores. Better loyalty and consistency in products.
Poor. Unable to return a product because it wasn't bought from the specific store. Even though purchased from a yesss store
Gave up waiting to be served and left, staff all sat in the office behind the counter refusing to come out and serve, the one person in the shop was too busy talking on his mobile phone to be bothered serving anyone. Customer service is a joke, I'll spend my money elsewhere.
