There’s so many positives to say about Phoenix Security. From start to finish, excellent service... I initially made a call and explained what I “thought” I needed, I use the term “thought” lightly. Andy came down and explained what was best and what would work along with how it would work. It turned out that I needed less than I had fabricated into my own mind. I then changed the goal posts... with good reason, this couldn’t have been welcomed any better, nothing felt like too much trouble, again Andy came to the premises and advised me on not only the most cost effective solution but a solution that would work for my business and operationally. The full CCTV System was installed very quickly and exceeded my expectations in every capacity. Prior to completing the job I was shown how to use it, was asked at every point if I was happy with the location AND visibility of the cameras. Couldn’t be happier and also couldn’t recommend both Andy and Stu for their work at my commercial premises. thanks again ☺️☺️

Very profesional, replaced bell boxes and a broken sensor. The team checked whole alarm system thoroughly and fixed poor wiring. They explained everything they did and provided necessary paperwork and ensured that we could operate the alarm system properly. Oh and they come back a year later to check it over all included in the price.....

Fantastic service from start to finish I called and spoke to Andy he turned up at my home exactly when he said he would he was honest courteous and very knowledgable on my alarm system he promised me a quote the next day a very competitive quote arrived I accepted the quote and a few days later Andy & Chris arrived to complete the job one of my sensors which he hadn’t quoted for was damaged they replaced this free of charge as a good will gesture and sorted my alarm they refreshed it all and it’s as good as new now I was very impressed with their honesty and I now have a fully serviced alarm under guarantee all new parts and covered for call outs 24 hours a day I would highly recommend them and their bell boxes on the house look great at night all lit up great job guys and thanks again
