Went down to ask for my phone battery replacing as it was ready for replacement. The screen and case was also cracked so I asked that these be done at the same time. They said I may as well get a new phone as it'll cost just as much. I declined stating that I want to keep the phone I am used to so he said he will order the bits and he showed me that he already had the back cover in the shop. He seemed to think I was going to leave my phone there until he ordered and waited for the delivery of the parts. I said I need my phone and gave him my number so he could call when the delivery had arrived. A few days later I tried calling and left a message but noone got back to me. Believing that they'd ordered the parts and not wanting to have wasted their time I went into the shop again. They hadn't ordered anything and said his colleague doesn't think you want it fixing and you want a new phone. I explained again that I don't want a new phone. I have other phones but they need screens too (which I also told them the first time). They went to look for parts again and said they had batteries for honor 8 but not honor 9 which is mine but that the battery will fit my phone and a screen with a black top which doesn't match my blue. Then they said that they'll need to order one of these so I thought I was getting a matching blue one. I threw myself back into work and after a few days I still had no call so I went down to the shop. They said the bits hadn't arrived and should be there the next day. I went back to work. Going to the shop every time I had a slot off work was taking over my life. Every time I had a day off all I could think about was going to the shop time and time again to get my phone fixed to no avail. So I went down again and they said they needed 3 or 4 hours to do the work and they'll ring me when it's done. The end of the day came (just short of 3 hours having my phone) and no call so I went home. The next day went by and still no phone call so I went in at 5.00. They presented my phone with the screen which wasn't matching and said they hadn't changed the battery because they didn't have one that's suitable. So after all this coming backwards and forwards I still don't have the thing done which I came for in the first place and they still have ordered absolutely nothing for my phone.

I can't praise this place enough. It sells almost the best LCDS And phone parts in all of west yorkshire. I remember when i was working from home and my phone broke, While other shops were just ripping me off charging 40-45 for an iPhone 7 LCD. I just went to these guys and bought an LCD for 12 pounds and literally changed it myself. They have great accessories and everything is good.
