Had a few problems with a brand new mobilty scooter. Was told it could not be picked up until into the new year. That meant that as a disabled person, i would be unable to leave my home for at least a month. So i got angry being told that. All of a sudden later on that day, got a call back stating the scooter would be picked up next day, which it was..I forgot to add the charger and phoned RTC, as it was my fault, i was pleasent but the person i spoke to was not and refered to me as the " moody person from yesterday" and they could not help. He stated i will have to post the charger back to the seller.. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLING ME WHAT HE SAID. The driver who picked up the scooter was very nice and cheerful. So just the person who answered the phone. They did not understand why i was angry.

I work with RTC daily. Great communication, extremely reliable, and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Thank you to all at RTC for delivering as promised. After many previous transport options destroying more than they deliver, we are glad to have found you guys at RTC! great service from start to finish. Big thanks to your driver Paul as well, great man. Very professional.

On Monday they were given a collection where 20 of my London staff would be meeting them at 11am in a car park in Wembley. RTC sent an email to our office informing they’d be 2hours late due to a break down at 9:30am that morning. We called and said an email on such a time sensitive matter wasn’t appropriate, we needed a call. We said a 2hour delay would cost us £800 plus in staff overtime and requested they hire a local courier to cover for them - they refused. My office arranged a local courier, they were £75 more but arrived at 10:50am, we asked RTC to repay the £75; they refused. A Basic company, their office don’t understand customer service.

Some would say I must be mad giving another courier company a review as some would say “why are you giving a competitor a 5 star review” the answer is simple..... in the transport business it’s about helping one an another as at the end of the day if the client isn’t happy nobody gains. Anyway all I can say is that RTC are a fantastic company to work with and they have real family values and the loyalty they show is second to none. Regards Lee Gueller R.. R..... C......
