The Store Room Self Storage Bradford

i have booked 2 store rooms as i’m moving house and the service by steve and dan has been nothing but amazing. They have gone over and above helping and supporting me in the transition with moving. Would highly recommended this place they have brilliant staff and very good prices

Have used the facilities at The Storeroom in Bradford long term for four years. I've always found the storage facilities secure, corridors clean and tidy with very easy access. Now the staff..Steve, what a guy..Went above and beyond to help with disposing of excess furniture I had in the lock up, even found a man with a van to do a tip run for me, nothing was ever to much trouble for him. A truly great guy who offers exceptional service, with a willingness to achieve the highest standards of customer service. Would I recommend??..A definite YES!

Steven was vary informative, helpful, friendly and generally a very good member of your team. He assisted with everything we needed nothing was too much trouble.

Stephen needs to get a grip! I went online Saturday evening and filled in an online webform to get a quote - all fine, easy to use and got a quote which was competitive. I work Sundays all day and am expected NOT to use my mobile while at work due to privacy/confidentiality. Sunday 11.24am I get a call from The Store Room which is fine as the webform makes it clear that someone might call. I just ignore the call as I am at work. 13.53 I get a SECOND call which I ignore as lunch break was over and I am still at work. This time Stephen (Store Manager apparently) leaves a voicemail which is all okay because I can listen to it at my leisure and whenever I take my next break. 14.25 I get a THIRD telephone call and I have am just coming to the end of my break so I decide to answer the call and explain that I will reply to the voicemail when I am free AFTER work. Poor Stephen gets his kickers in a twist and starts to tell porkies! I was calm, spoke politely and quietly explaining that there was no need to call THREE times and particularly after leaving a voice message. Stephen Stephen claims firstly that he has only called TWICE. When I challenged this and informed him it was the THIRD time he starts clutching at straws and grabs a porkie by claiming he only called this time round because someone had telephoned from my number!!! Come on mate - no need to tell pork pies - just apologise and get back to your work so I can get on with mine! I pulled up the call log on my mobile and was explaining the call log when he put the phone down on me. What is the point of this review? 1 One call is sufficient unless you are desperate 2 If you have left a voicemail - jog along and WAIT 3 If the customer catches you out - no need for porkies! 4 You must be very ignorant if you have to put the phone down on a customer/potential customer who is responding to something you just INCORRECTLY suggested (ie lied). We will be going with a BETTER local company so good bye! If you can't stand the heat, get out of the storage unit!

This was my first time using the store room and it definitely won't be my last. It was always so neat and tidy in there. Stephen was soooo polite and helpful especially when giving me advice on what would be the perfect size of unit to house all my stuff and checking me in and out of my unit. I had a fabulous experience! It was so easy to get to and everyone was so helpful when trying to navigate the hallways to my correct storage locker. Seeing how much security they had on site made me feel so much more comfortable about leaving my personal belongings there. 10/10, would definitely reccomend!
