Subject: Positive Experience at Clark’s Shoes, Bradford Dear Clark’s Team, I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your Bradford location, which was a refreshing contrast to my previous visit to your store in Huddersfield. Upon entering the Bradford store, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only friendly but also attentive to my needs. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. Their product knowledge was impressive, and it made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I was particularly impressed by the fitting service. Provided by Samara. The staff carefully measured the feet of my 4 girls and helped them try on several pairs of shoes trainers and pumps, ensuring that they found the perfect fit. Their patience and willingness to assist made all the difference, and I truly felt valued as a customer. The store itself was well-organized and inviting, making it easy to browse the selection. I left with a pair of shoes trainers pumps and sandals that the girls absolutely love, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you for providing such a positive shopping experience. Visited the store yesterday, very excellent service from Fatimah. But I’ve only come for one item and the Bradford store doesn’t, Clark’s are known for these particular shoes that I was looking only to find out that they don’t do them in the Bradford store for some reason. How can you have a Clark’s store without any wallabees in there.

We always go to clarks for the shoes they have best wide fitting shoesand best service, but this time when i have been there with my mother in law the staff was so rude. There was two girls only one girl name was FATIMA. First they both gone together inside shoes store room without reason. There was nobody on the front,things could be stolen. They were chatting with each other was very poor customer service, when my mother asked the question about wide fit shoe she was very rude to her i mean very very rude. Sorry to say, but bad workers for clarks

Bought a pair of school shoes for my daughter, they seemed fine. Next day she at school they were highly uncomfortable, to the point that she had blisters on the back of her heels.by the time she arrived home,they were bleeding. Next day I took them back to the shop.the cashier, plus the manager refused to make a refund. They said that in order to do that, I had to bring my daughter to the shop for them to see that her wounds are matching the form of the shoes.in their opinion-"shop's policy "- for them to believe me, my daughter would of had to try on the shoes again with her wounded feets !!! How disgusting is this ??? Not to mention the disgusting manner of the manager of dismissing me while pretending she's busy with other stuff before she could sort me out. Only got my money back after I raised my voice few notches and I showed them my private conversation I had with my daughter (secondary school) in which she was texting me that she can barely walk and that she has blood in her socks from the blisters popping. You should be so ashamed for wanting to put my daughter to "demonstrate" you by wearing them shoes again !!

After abysmal service from the Clarks in the White Rose shopping centre, we decided to try a different branch. Clarks here at Broadway were fantastic. They measured my toddlers feet with patience on our first visit, and on our second visit when we were ready to buy, they helped check the shoes fit thoroughly. They provided advice and things to consider as our toddler grows which was appreciated. The White Rose branch told us they could only measure my toddlers feet if we were buying shoes on the day and so did not measure her feet. However, at the time we wanted to wait a few weeks while she grows. The Broadway branch made us feel comfortable to return and we will be returning again in the future.
