Woods End is an ideal base for business and leisure visitors with close proximity to local amenities.

Woods End can cater for six people in three rooms; one twin room ensuite, one double room with private facilities and one double en-suite on the ground-floor. . Continental Breakrfast is included and is served in our traditional style dining room. Hot breakfasts are available at a small extra charge. Where possible food is locally sourced.

Spend the day at one of the many local attractions nearby; Castle Hill and Victoria Tower, Tolson Museum or Huddersfield Art Gallery. Huddersfield, the magnificent Piece Hall in Halifax. Huddersfield has the only Coal Mining Museum in the Country and Denby Dale has its own Light Steam Railway. Or visit Compo's cafe, Holmfirth in the heart of "The Last of the Summer Wine Country " Or spend the day shopping in one of Huddersfield's markets, boutique shops or the Kingsgate Shopping Centre, full of high street favorites. Woods End is ideally placed for guests to enjoy an evening performance at Lawrence Batley Theatre or a concert at the Town Hall. Ideal location for visitors to the University and within easy reach of both the NHS & Private Hopsitals. A short walk from Lindley village where you will find stylish shops, restaurants, popular pubs serving traditional northern ale.
