What an amazing find. Run by a father and son, they are so friendly and were incredibly helpful. We moved into a new house 12 days before Christmas and was told the existing log burner was not to be used. Without any heating and a 4 year old little boy, we really needed a fire as soon as possible. Pepe and Andreas fit our fire within 4 days of visiting their shop despite a busy schedule on the run up to Christmas. We are so grateful to them. Thank you! The fire is also amazing

I would like to say a massive thank you to Pepe and Andreas at Rofer& Rodi. I came across this little gem whilst looking for someone to fit me a reg plate/ fire board. I had my chimney breast extended and was struggling to get someone to help me. I tried various stove companies along with local tradesmen. Skipton Stoves were very helpful but couldn’t help me until the end of December. Some didn’t even reply back to me. Also some companies weren’t interested as it was only a small job. That’s the impression I got! Am I glad I came across Rofer& Rodi. When I explained it to Pepe, he came to my house on Friday evening to take a look. He then called back with his son Andreas and they offered to help me. If I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would. They were polite ,professional, knowledgable and very friendly which is very rare these days. Thank you again and keep up the great work. Wishing you all the best for 2022.

Very cosy place inside. Made to feel homely, very good choice of fries on display. 3 of which were lite and running, which heated the display area easily. Best to ring and check opening times as web advertisement not accurate, but will be amended. Salesman very helpful leaving us to look freely. Not pushy.

Fabulous little showroom full of wood burning and multifuel stoves. Pepe is brilliant and what he doesn't know about the stoves he sells is not worth knowing, very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, nothing was too much trouble for him, he answered all our questions patiently, (which there were lots of as we had no idea what we needed) after a home visit we got a quote then were left to come away to decide what we wanted to do. No pressure at all.

A very clever, well designed and obviously extensively developed fire. Removing ash is quick and easy with their drawer syatem. Behind the big wide screen window showing the delights of a log fire there is an all-round cavity through which air is drawn from the room by two very quiet dual speed fans to extract a considerable amount of heat which would otherwise be lost up the chimney in a conventional wood burner. This heated air can be returned into the room and/or ducted to two additional rooms by the vent positions chosen. We have had ours since 13 years ago last September. It's the best thing we ever bought. Ours is also ducted to our bedroom and since the energy prices have gone through the roof it has been a big saving. Since then in the winter of 2022/3 we have kept the gas central heating off except for just an hour in the mornings of the coldest below-zero days. Run at a maximum with kindling on startup and the fans on high it warms our 15ftx13.5ft,11 ft high lounge in 15-20 minutes. We then have to throttle it back to minimum otherwise the heat is overpowering. On minimum for the evening it keeps the lounge at 23-26 °C. Regarding absence of smoke in the room, my wife's uncle had emphasema and always left around tea time when we lit our previous fire. The first night this turbo-fire was lit he stayed very late as he enjoyed it so much. Maintenance: in the 13+ years all it has needed were 2 replacement removable grills that the wood rests on. All else is original. I can't recommend this enough. It is just a fantastic fire with unbelievable heat output.
