Park2Travel Leeds Bradford Off-Airport Indoor and Outdoor

I used to be a regular customer of this car park but after last stay in September my car has been damaged. I filled the Customer Incident Form an have been waiting for over 4 months now. I sent 2 emails about an update, with no response. I will never use any service of this business again and will advise against parking your car there.

Convenient airport parking that doesn't break the bank. Easy checkin service and you pre book o line, every time you park you get a discount code for next time. The staff are good and fast when you check in or collect car. The only bug bear I have is that the transport buses to the airport actually needs more luggage racks as there's no space to put them and they end up clogging the aisle. Other than that the journey is 5mins or less tor he airport drop off which is a crossing away from the main entrance.. pick up poi tnoa where you get dropped off in the airport but doesn't have a shelter.

Very friendly and professional service, we arrived, left our keys and were on our way within minutes. Bus driver was very chatty and provided a pleasant experience. Their regular bus was in for repair and they had a hire bus which was sufficient. I hope you've managed to get it fixed.

Shame I can’t give half a star. On arrival everything was fine parked my car specifically where I wanted to park. Returned 6 days later to collect and I noticed my car had been moved and couldn’t see it. I politely asked the blonde grandma on shift where my car was. After this I then asked politely why it had been moved, she was then very rude and sarcy towards me but grandma couldn’t give me an answer as to why it had been moved. I then checked my dashcam to find my car had been moved twice! For what reason I will never know. Car was also left parked very poorly along with the car that was parked next to me(can only assume it had been moved numerous times aswell for no reason). Saturday 26th July 2025

Hi. It is with great joy and Happiness that I rite this Review. On the 17th of November I arrived at park 2 travel at Leeds Bradford Airport to Be met By two wonderful gentlemen. Thay was very friendly. Polite and very very professional. That go above and Beyond to help everyone on my return holiday. I was met by another wonderful gentleman. The coach Driver. So I say from the Bottom of my heart. A million thanks. I look forward to seeing them all on the 26th of January.
