1st time using the fish shop after living just up the road for over 6 years. Fish buttie was perfect, lovely white fish and the husband had a huge battered sausage and chips, very filling. Will now be our go to fish shop from now on. If your in the area, its definately worth a visit, I'm sure you'll be greeted, as we were, with a warm friendly greeting and great service.
Amazing local chippy! Delicious and portion size was perfect, very affordable without sacrificing quality. Staff were very friendly too :)

So I tried this for the first time over the wknd as temporarily staying in the area and love fish and chips. The fish & chips taste different to many places you find, I think they are using a different fat to cook it with. It makes it a lot tastier than other places - a real traditional flavor if you like. The mushy peas were the best I have ever tried. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Prices much cheaper than other places by a couple ££ If I had to make a small criticism, I would say the portion sizes were not that big, but maybe that's because it was so tasty and I wanted more! Would definitely recommend and is the best in the area for sure.
Absolutely fantastic food best chippy I have tasted for a long while. Friendly people lovely family run chippy! Everything was absolutely spot on will definitely be back ! Good banter good food ! Will definitely be making this our regular fish and chip Friday !
