The star is for the people who answer the phone because they’re actually quite helpful, however anything where they need a senior to get back to you, they take your details and never get back to you. I received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus after allegedly being sent a PCN by this company. Did not receive a PCN or have a ticket on my car so wasn’t aware of the fine. By this point it had gone from £60 to £170. Tried to contact them to discuss and try to get the charge reset to the original amount but they never called me back despite trying every day for a week.
Letter received 11 days later from issue date no account online to pay with pcn now there passing me to other companies not having a clue but my pcn is from them no help what so ever about cant pay online other company number they gave me to ring dont have any details on there system either what a load of crap for being parked up for 10mins
Worst company ever!!! Been waiting since Monday no one has got back in touch with me!!! Everytime you call them they say someone will be in touch later today!!!
Be aware!!! No possible to pay online, nobody knows anything. Rubbish
