Eboneeser was fantastic, unfortunately our oven was too far gone to be fixed, however he came to our house twice and tried lots of different diagnosis techniques. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. Would 100% use again. He gave great advice regarding care and recommendations for our other appliances too. Great price for service. Thank you again!
Our engineer was fantastic from start to finish. Our washer wasn't working on the Tuesday evening and the engineer came out the following evening. He got to the problem straight away and luckily he had the part for our washer on his van. Whilst he was there we had asked for the washing machine clean service too which he carried out very efficiently and had it looking and smelling so so much better. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
Great service, very friendly amd professional. Came next day - on a Saturday - and sorted the problem with a part there and then. Fantastic, highly recommend!
