The receptionists and admin side is fantastic at this place that's why I'm awarding one star. It is sadly let down by the erratic at best doctor at this practice. Hopefully he retires soon and they get a better full time doctor who can implement manners and reason when dealing with people. If you want to get diagnosed and get better there are better places to go in the catchment area.

Dr Santokh Matharu is the most insensitive and rude doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking to. For someone who’s meant to be there for people in a medical or mental health emergency he is quite simply void of feelings, you’re nothing but a number to him and it’s such a shame the lovely times I’ve had with the receptionists and nurses in this GP are overlooked by his horrendous attitude. He is not inclusive to anyone and I’m surprised he’s been a doctor for as long as he has because I am having to leave this GP surgery and look elsewhere because of him. Each time I have had to speak to him I have left in tears with more questions than before. A highlight would be him telling a diabetic that testing their blood was a waste of time ??? Also writing on my medical records that I didn’t listen to him and spoke over him yet if you was to listen to the phone call I quite clearly was upset and crying and was begging him for help which I didn’t get. Do not recommend him at all, I would recommend the lovely receptionists and nurses but because he is the only doctor available unfortunately I cannot recommend this GP practice at all.

Our family doctor for well over a decade. Always make time for us and our concerns and absolutely fantastic with my son who has special needs. It's fantastic to have a gp who has been such a positive force for us and always in our corner when we've needed help. My son gets appointment anxiety but beech tree is one place where he feels safe and comfortable and that to me means the world. Thank you all for all that you do.
