Brilliant friendly staff and a well laid out shop, I went for their LPG as it was a fair price and easy to access, unlike my local station which is as cheap but a nightmare to access.

It was a good store, frozen, refrigerated foods, beverages, and snack items, staff was nice and courteous. The only problem I had, was no public bathroom, or warm deli type items.

At 5th of March I've bought 2 H4 car bulbs. Got home, only to realize that I've picked wrong ones(meant to be H7) ok. Went back there next day only to hear from staff that "they don't do refunds" 😅 tried to tell him that it's against the law, but bloke was deaf. Of course no manager to talk, as he's in shop only between 12 and 5pm... Joke. Avoid shopping there.

Very rude member of staff behind the counter I use this store almost daily with no issues until today... I called in to see if the post office was open as even though it is a bank holiday 90 percent of the local smaller stores remain open including 3 local to myself however starting work at 7am they weren't open that early. Google stated it was open so I went in. The guy was so rude about it literally said I ain't answering that question what do you think like I'm thick... I explained Google states otherwise and my local one is open to which he was like well I'm not and never will be. Sort your staff out a simple we do not open this post office on bank Holidays would of sufficed surprised you have any customers if he's that rude to everyone especially regulat customers who return daily. Well I ain't going to be anymore that's for certain I would be sacked if I was that rude to my customers !!!

Good evening, I had a very bad service in this petrol station bp from a member of staff today about 13:30. This member of staff was so rude against my partner and me. My partner went to this petrol station to return an amazon parcel and he started to shout at her, asking her *Do you speak English? , Do you understand?*I think it was so racists for the way he said it.Then I went to speak to him that he could be more polite to the costumer and he could to apologize for his service and he said, it was his personality talk too loudly and he told me I could ask to anyone in Yorkshire against his service. On my way out to my car I saw him speaking to another costumer like I was crazy, because he was laughing and enjoy what he has said. I only went over there to tell him he could be more polite and apologize to her, and he only wanted to open another arguing.
