Manor Park Pharmacy

I visited the pharmacy yesterday to ask how we could dispose of medications no longer needed and the lady I spoke to (short dark hair) was really helpful and explained the process. We returned today to hand in the unused medications and the lady who took them was absolutely lovely. So engaging, compassionate and helpful, especially as I got emotional! Both ladies are a credit to the pharmacy. Thank you for your help and kindness 😊

All the staff are pleasant and helpful, apart from the red haired lady with glasses who comes across rude. Every time I go in for my prescription and she serves me, she always says my pre payment as run out, yet its on the system. One of the pharmacist told her not to keep asking and she ignored him and continued to be rude to me.

There was an issue with my medication being requested, pharmacy saying that they have put in request to my gp my gp saying not received, this has been going on since I 1st moved to the pharmacy, some items requested other's left off..... beware of repeat prescription.. I ended up withrequesting the prescription i called the pharmacy 2 days later to see if they arrived and asked if ready, told they'll be delivered next after 2 of not arriving i called and the woman said can I get my carer to collect, has the delivery driver was swamped...don't use this pharmacy they're a joke..

Getting worse. They are supposed to deliver my regular medication due to my current mobility issues. First time I couldn’t get to the door in time so they took them back. I then went into the chemist and asked them to put a note on system to say if there was no answer could they please leave them over the locked side gate. He said yes. Last week, they just left a note through the door again saying “unable to deliver”. Trying to contact them via phone is almost impossible as well. Edited to update, I have increased my score as when I managed to get in today they were very nice and apologised and said it was due to their regular driver being on holiday. They also responded on here so thank you.

This chemist used to be so good and handy but now you have to wait quite a while for your precription to b sighned of , i got some of my medicine and was told come back tomorrow for the rest , so i did only to be told they had none , i explained i needed the rest today as i have none left and was assured they would be there around six oclock , i rang at four to check it was still ok only to be told they might come in tomorrow afternoon , , very dissapointed because if i had been told from start they having trouble getting them it would have been my choice to wait or go somewhere that had some , ladies behind the desk were lovely , shame there front line for unhappy customers
