I can’t thank this Pharmacy enough for their understanding and support recently. Throughout my time with them they have provided excellent medical advice and support, and recently, during a massive family crisis, the staff there went out of their way to help me when I needed things changing etc. . Thank you so much.

Fantastic customer service with excellent resolution to your queries and disputes to your interaction with the front desk staffing team in the pharmacy. I have had a good experience with the team at the management head office about the response to my initial disappointment with my prescription not being made to be collected as the pharmacist was seeing another patient and my prescription needed to be signed off as I have a blue script, which is a C/D, I was frustrated with the response from the assistant, and I lodged a bad review for the pharmacy. I have since edited the original review and I have given the pharmacy a 5 star rating which is justly deserved. To the staff that have to put up with arrogant and impatient customer's on a daily basis, i heartily offer my sincere apologies and I hope that you will have a good working experience with your very hard work and maybe a good laugh with your team. You are absolutely amazing people who are a credit to your organisation. I hope you will forgive myself for the rude and inappropriate response from me. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by me. I am sorry for the dreadful response. Please forgive me. I promise to be more civil and polite from now on.

Opening hours make it extremely difficult for working people to even use the service at all. The staff are friendly and the general condition is fine - it's not the staff's fault. But I don't recommend any use this pharmacy when there is another literally next door with useable hours.

Went with my mother for the covid vaccine and we were shocked with the status of the place The floors were filthy, a TV monitor near the till with loads of spider webs hanging. When mentioned to the staff, the answer was''complain about it, they may give us more staff'' it is news to me that the staff serving is the one that cleans the space. If that is the case it has been many months since the place has been cleaned. Disgusting 🫣 🤮

Today I rang to order a repeat prescription and enquire if my son's prescription was ready, the young lady Lisa who dealt with my call was so helpful and polite and went the extra mile to help me. It was a pleasure to deal with her and she couldn't have been more helpful if she had tried. THANK YOU.
