Another experience with royal mail and deliveries.... they ring wait 4 seconds and there off, mother is deaf so no chance. Collection times 8am to 10am, what sort of service is this. I have informed all my mother's orders NOT to use royal mail

The very limited opening hours is the reason they miss the 5th star. Aside from that this place is great. Always receive good, friendly service. Diane (I think!) goes out of her way to help. The delivery people are often in the background too and are willing to help out with queries when needed. In particular two younger guys - sorry I don’t know your names - who drive the bigger parcel vans are lovely and helpful.

I really would like to be in the room when the manager of this delivery office went "Hey! How about this? Let's deliver parcels when nobody is home and then have this open at the same hours to get them riled up. Then have a massive line outside on a rainy Saturday morning to get them really foaming out of their mouths..." Bananas!..

Pathetic opening hours. Drove all the way across Leeds expecting a business to be open at 12pm, only to find out that this particular branch can only be bothered to open for 2hrs from 8am to 10am on a Monday. Useless.

Popped in today to pick up a couple of parcel and the lady on desk (sorry I didn't get her name) was really helpful and efficient. Great service!
