Lovely lady called Angie was so kind i have Autism and adhd and was so overwhelmed trying to post a gift to america. It was so busy but she still was so friendly and took her tome to help me when i asked for help. She showed empathy and made me feel at ease as was becoming overwhelmed. What a credit this lady was, we need more kindness in this world and this lady went above and beyond.

The customer service I received today was top class, the lovely lady who served me couldn’t have been more helpful. I was trying to send a parcel to Canada, where there is a postal strike, she gave me all the information I needed to be able to get my package delivered on time, which took some time. I wish I could remember her name, it was something unusual. Anyway thank you for being so friendly, kind and caring I will definitely use this post office in future

Yes, the personal there are fantastic. Supremely efficient. Totally informed. Never get stuck with anything since I've been using their services. And dare I say. They are like post office super models.

Came in store on Wed 10/09 the older lady with bleached blonde hair in a bob was extremely rude to me. Tried her best to make me miss the last post by not processing my item and just holding it in her saying what do I want. If she is this awful to people not sure why she has a job working in a post office.

Exceptional customer service, Helen at Bramley post office was absolutely fantastic. Had misplaced my tracking number slip, she helped me figure it out, and guided me on how to resolve my issues. Absolutely fantastic service ❤️
