Absolutely AMAZING!! love all of the items I have purchased and I've ordered alot. No faults with anything what so ever. Every item is as described. Amy is an amazing person and I love watching the pre made lives. I'll continue to buy from this company and can not recommend enough!!

I ordered 2 jumpers. One arrived perfect the other arrive with a hole and a black mark on it. I contacted her the following day after receiving it with photos. She confirmed to return the item and provide proof of postage and she would send another straight out. Proof of postage was sent which I was credited for but then did not hear anything for nearly 3 weeks until the old jumper had been returned back to me. I emailed to question this as I had no correspondence from her to be told it had been “worn” and there was make up on it. My mum tried it on once then noticed the hole. She also doesn’t wear make up and there was none on the jumper like the email stated. Never experienced a company go back on their word once they have confirmed they would send a replacement. Diabolical customer service and clearly doesn’t know how to run a business. Trading standards have been contacted as the product which I ordered hasn’t been supplied. Another TikTok clown thinking they’re a “successful business owner”

Items are of low quality, despite my wife’s excitement in purchasing them with the customisation for our puppy and soon to be newborn, the quality came evidentially faded and despite video and photographic evidence sent, ‘they look as we expect lovely’ is incredibly unprofessional and shows the lack of business skills behind the business. Not only this but on the same product of the fading, you can see the low quality material won’t be something that lasts long at all. Another note, when doing ‘Tiktok’ videos showcasing your portfolio of product, it would be wise not to throw them after showing them on video. A lot to learn, would recommend paying a business expert to help the business grow, or stick to Facebook sales.
