Disgusting. I go quite often (not after today) bought a drink. Realised it was open (it has happened 4x before. Never done anything) happened again today, went back and asked if i could change it and he said no. Never going back. This has really peed me off.

Some of the facilities added since the takeover have been good- namely the free ATM and Hermes However - Some items in the shop remain unpriced ie. Multipacks of beer. This creates a guessing game when you go to the counter. I suspect this is deliberate. - The service is absolutely miserable. Never a smile, never a conversation, just treated like you don't matter at all to them. A big difference from the previous owners who were part of the local community and were always grateful for you using the local store

Bloody useless, emails say come and get your parcel NOW, kid In shop has no idea where it is or how to help, vhaos parcels all over the shop literally, but not mine it seems. Rebrand hasn't helped hermes / Evri

I have just moved to this area and used the shop for the first time tonight, I will not be using it again! No hello, no thank you and no smile. Its nice to support the local community but they have to appreciate it.
