Their service is top-notch from start to finish, the delivery service too, ensuring that my needs are met with utmost care and efficiency. Good customer service. Will always have your prescriptions ready on time. Will continue to come here. But the pharmacy was quite crowded, could not go in straight away

Myself and my Mum both visited Swan Pharmacy for their ear irrigation service that they offer. The Pharmacist was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, professional, caring and she did an excellent job. We both left very satisfied with the service received. Would definitely recommend. Even though the Pharmacy was busy, the Pharmacist herself didn't seemed rushed and carried out the brilliant service. I also feel that the staff in general are so friendly - we will definitely be back again. Thank you!

Swan Pharmacy, Selby, I am always impressed with the professionalism, politeness and efficiency of the all staff. Always giving good advice if asked. For me personally, the day-to-day running of the pharmacy is exemplified by reduced queuing inside the shop and similarly, i have experienced that there are more available parking bay's which is appreciated these days when we tend to be dashing around. The pharmacist was excellent and very helpful. He took the time to ensure we were getting the right thing even though this was not a straightforward request. It turned out that he was not able to dispense the specific thing I wanted but he called another local pharmacy and organised this for us.
