No wonder small businesses go under. This post office make it their mission to be as difficult as they can to serve customers. Not a regular user, but every time I go to do something, I end up being turned away for a stupid rule (unique to them) and the have to return to complete the task. From.now on, ill go elsewhere with better parking, less red tape and get the job done in one go. Pointless having a local post office.
I took a large number of pre-paid items to this post office with the customer section of the label removed. Although they had always been accepted in the past one member of staff refused to accept them. I took them to another post office 3 miles away without issue. There seems to be a tendency for certain members of staff here to find any reason to be awkward and unhelpful and I will no longer use this office. A sad indictment when post offices are struggling to survive.
I just don't know why I have to go to a chemist, or a newsagents to post a parcel, if they can add Evri & DPD etc to their collections then why can't this post office out of interest? I'm happy to remove this review if the expected services become available in the future. Might as well be 1999 ha! Sorry.
One of the last remaining post offices in the area. Despite very long queues because if this, staff are always friendly and do their utmost to support your needs. Will always go here rather than the larger PO in town.
Refused to send my letters because they're apparently the wrong size - this has not been an issue at any other post office. Seems like they're trying to get more money off you for no reason - would avoid unless absolutely desperate
