I understand that some days you can be very busy with calls. I tried to ring on such a day and everytime I tried it was engaged. I thought maybe I could do it on line but I have a card but no pin number. I can not see anyway to get a pin number so I can get into the site. Not happy as it is not user friendly.

The library have adult learning courses I have joined an art class and creative writing course there are concessions for those on a low income but value for money. Previous courses have included computer skills for beginners. There is so much on offer at your local library with helpful staff to offer assistance many libraries across the country are closing due to being an under used resource so pay a visit and support this valuable community asset
