Kidd loved the bounce area, but if you are waiting for the the 'cafe' area is poor. We all had chip butties, one with Gravy, they don't even provide cutlery. No sugar sachets or stirrers for drinks. Have to borrow the spoon as they don't appear to stir the drinks before giving them to you. But kids enjoyed it which is why it got some stars. Says no external food and drink but plenty were consuming there own and can see why!!!

Bounce park policies make no sense. My 13 year old wasn't allowed in, with his little brothers, due to height restrictions. But then fully grown men were allowed in with their children. Youngest son wouldn't go in without his big brother so we ended up getting a refund and leaving.

We wasn't made aware that part of equipment wasn't manned and therefore closed (the jump). Our daughter is autistic and didn't understand this. We were asked to leave. No offer of a refund just told about sen sessions. Very poor customer service. Β£12 for our daughters to play for less than 15 minutes. Wouldn't recommend especially as it wasn't fully staffed and not fully open!
