Only wanted to collect some keys to an empty garage, to store some tenants personal possessions in for 6 months and it took an hour to get sorted. Luckily the weather was lovely and I got to stand outside, have a sandwich and catch some rays. I was a civil servant for the MOD for 15 years and I know we had to operate at a much quicker pace but then we weren't operating during a pandemic.
Security guard on the door was friendly, he was ensuring I washed my hands before walking in which was good, the rest of the building is keep to covid guidelines too ✌ My need to be there was very simple so it was an quick visit for me but they still seemed to know what they were doing
Quite efficient, went in to renew the disabled badge and everything went with out any problems. Had to pre-book now so at least no hanging around as it used to be.
Very efficient, and very pleasant staff, what more do you need in a town hall!!!
