Ruby Soho is quite small, but it punches well above its weight in terms of its offerings, and the standard of service is also high. If you're feeling bold, you can always try the Ruby Soho pancake challenge. Call in for breakfast and try your luck!
Best hot chocolate ive ever had in my life! Service was 10/10 can't wait to go back
Don’t drive past! I’ve had this place on my Google Maps “want to go” list for a long time and thanks to a logistical error on my part, my wife and I found ourselves in Brid for an extra day at the start of the year. We went into town for breakfast and chose Ruby Soho due to its excellent reviews. We weren’t disappointed. The gent who runs the place is a great host, doing it almost entirely single handed. There’s clearly a good mix of customers from the regular morning breakfast crowd, to mums powerwalking past for a coffee and tourists, and all with good reason. The food we ordered was totally delicious and a bit off the normal for a small cafe menu. The coffee was sublime. It’s a very cool place to go and worth the moments wander out of town if you fancy some quality. I’ll consider myself lucky if I get another chance to go.
This is the only coffee I have enjoyed since leaving Australia for this UK trip. This guy here knows his coffee & how to make the perfect flat white. Maybe something to do with the fact he gained some knowledge in Melbourne & Sydney Oz!! Loved the flavour of the brew, which is locally produced & the presentation was great, thanks
Called in today as we are on holiday and came last year and enjoyed it. We were really disappointed to be honest. The atmosphere wasn’t great and it was like being sat on a night out in a pub with chaos all over the place. The music was awful, very loud and not particularly appropriate for young children. The food that we ordered was ok but I could see the staff preparing the food that all the ingredients used were sourced from the local supermarket and for the price charged, I’d have expected something a little better. The food is ok and so are the drinks but I think I’ll try somewhere else next time.
