Very nice place good array of icecream full of lots of flavours to choose from .the coffee was bang on and the lady who served us was very polite friendly and happy to answer any questions it's a ten from Fatlad81
Yes - the food/drinks looks good but that's as far as it goes. We ordered 2 regular milkshakes, it cost us 15 pounds! Absolutely extortionate. We expected a normal, average sized milkshake but it came in something that looked like a giant mixer. The size made it ridiculously sickly and difficult to drink, meaning we'd wasted our money. The biscoff milkshake I had was incredibly strong and not good enough to be charging very high prices.
Went in Sunday 17th August at 5pm hoping to get an ice cream after a long day only to be greeted by an incredibly rude member of staff. Who behaved as if our mere presence in the shop was an inconvenience. Multiple eye rolls, snarky looks, poor customer service and an all round poor attitude ruined any chance of us returning. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Zero stars (only one, as no option for the deserved zero!) Absolutely do NOT recommend this place. We went in for coffees, a lady behind the counter and male colleague at end, were ‘busy’ chatting. The former seemed to be making toast, as the place was empty, I assume it was for her?! No acknowledgment made of our presence at all, no greeting, no “I’ll be with you in a minute”, or “how can I help you?”…basically ignored completely. Stood there for a minute or so and then we just walked out, leaving the so called staff still chatting about their night out and making their own food. Worst customer ‘service’ I think I’ve ever experienced - I’d avoid! These staff members are costing the place money…rude, obnoxious and definitely in the wrong job if they’re not wanting to serve customers!!
We come here regularly whilst at our holiday home. The waffles are soooooo nice.ast time my daughter had a Lotus biscuit one and I had Banoffee. The coffee is also really nice. Would recommend
