Absolutely delicious both my Mam and me really enjoyed our meals. The tikka and korma were everything you want them to be. The service was also amazing, we sat at table 8 there was plenty of space. Saturday (Easter weekend) 19 April 2025. It was busy and we were lucky to get a table, so maybe call first if you specifically want to eat here at busy times of year. Everybody around seemed to be very happy as well, I will definitely be back and recommend if anyone is looking for somewhere to eat.

This was a really disappointing experience. After a long day, we went out hoping for a comforting dinner. The lamb dishes we ordered for ourselves were decent, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The real issue was the butter chicken we ordered for the kids. The menu clearly said mild, and the waiter went out of his way to reassure us that it was very mild. What we were served was absolutely nothing like butter chicken. It was shockingly sweet—so sugary and coconut-heavy that it tasted like a dessert rather than a main course. Mild does not mean sweet, and this was beyond wrong. None of the kids could eat it, and even the adults were completely put off. We honestly couldn’t believe a dish called butter chicken could be prepared this way. If this is how they make it, it should be clearly described on the menu, because it was misleading and frankly unacceptable. Overall, the meal left us frustrated and disappointed. One okay dish doesn’t make up for serving something so poorly executed and misrepresented. Definitely not an experience we’d rush to repeat.

Excellent indian curry house!!!. Food was brilliant and good sized portions. 4 of us had pickle tray and popadoms for starters with onion baji. Tikka masala and pathia as our mains with garlic naan and chips, we were stuffed. We can't wait to come back again when we are on our next holidays next year. Thanks Saffron, we will be back!!!

Had a fabulous experience last weekend. A group of nearly 40, taking part in the North cost ride, booked a meze still banquet. The food was delightful, served speedily considering ours number and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing was a problem. The very kind owner even made two trips in his own car, (due to lack of taxis in Bridlington), to drop some of our group back off at the hotel on the sea front. Highly recommended.

I am so disappointed that we don’t live near Bridlington. Saffron in Bridlington was great. The decor, service and food all exceptional. Not sure we will visit the area again, but if we do , we will definitely be back. Thank you for a great meal. 4 lads out for a meal on Saturday night.
