People who served us listened and got the order sorted asap.But they didn't smile or say thanks and the food was appalling! Dry chicken and chewy kebab meat, the garlic mayo was very watery and tasted funny,we think it had some mint in which was vile 😫 even the bread was stale tasting. On the flip side the chips where hot and crispy covered in chip spice, whatever that actually is,we don't know. Because they couldn't tell us exactly! But it was nice. The calzone my husband had was hot but just tasted of tomatoe sauce and very chewy cheese. We wouldnt recommend at all. But everyone has their own tastes so we are sure there are some who would say it was great, but it definately wasn't for us.
Two visits, two incorrect orders. First visit the food was lovely but missing some items. But we were happy to give it another try. Second visit, food not good and one complete meal missing. Won't be trying again.
Phoned about quater past midnight as it shuts at 1am. Ordered and paid on line to where we were staying. Its a 4 minute drive away. Said it would be around 40 mins, baring in mind it closes in 45 mins. Time for delivery kept going up n up. At 12 . 30 it said 53 mins. . 5 mins to 1 phoned to see where it was. It had been missed. " Doing it now, it will be there now", so went downstairs to wait for it. Turned up at half 1, driver said, he had been called back out from home to deliver it. Wasn't worth the wait? ...... NO!
Absolutely gorgeous food! Ordered chicken donner and chips and a mixed kebab and every bit of it was really nice.. huge portions too! Driver was really friendly too - came all the way to Barmston (Black bull retreat) and actually brought our food to our lodge door! Can't fault this place, ordering again tonight as its our last night and it was lovely! Definitely 5 stars!! Thanks!
Waited over an hour for delivery and then the chicken is so overcooked that it’s dry and inedible. Have used Bodrum since it opened in the 80’s but won’t go back if that’s what they consider good enough for delivery
