We had Haddock & chips on 31.04. 2025, it was the best quality of a fish and chips I ever had, The fish was very fresh and cooked to perfection and it was fresh chips too. The lady who served was courteous and polite. I would definitely go back again. Highly recommended.
We ordered cod and chips and it was nice enough, but the chips did have a slightly unusual taste to them. The fish was lovely and the batter especially had a wonderful flavour and was nice and crispy. I'd return for the fish alone though. Portion a little on the small side.
Best fish & chips in Brid & we've tried a few. Every time we come to Brid, we have bought the fish & chips here after a few duds elsewhere. Always consistently good with happy service. We ordered the haddock with chips perfectly cooked. Clean shop.
Best fish and chips we've had for years. The haddock was beautiful, really tasty fish with crispy batter, the chips were perfectly cooked too. Well worth the drive from Flamborough
To the woman serving tonight (3rd October), you are a star and deserve ***** just for your service. You cooked our tea spot on, gave us shelter from the storm, all while helping out a young lad with additional needs so kindly when his taxi deserted him, and dealing with three rude old men (who were not from round here). Brilliantly done, and the fish was large and fresh too. Thank you.
