Ordered chicken pizza, given ham. Against our religion to eat ham. told someone would redeliver within 20 minutes, waited 45. Rang 21 times (as shown in photo) and no redelivery came over 95 minutes later. Paid £23 for food that we cannot eat, do not know what to do now as rang 20+ times and nobody bothering to answer calls.
Just picked an order up and how does 2 diy pizzas 1 large chips and 2 garlic sauce equate to 2 diy pizza, 1 large chips and NO garlic sauce. Called to complain and absolutely unhelpful staff!! Customer Service La Unica...very disappointed😡
Order wrong again and they don’t answer the phone after order has been delivered. Changed to big bites and it’s turned out better!
Very disappointed paid £8 for Donna meat and chip revived a box full of chips which scraps of Donna meat on top, would estimate about £1 value, lost a loyal customer
Such tasty doner meat. The salad was so fresh too. The garlic mayo is thick & yummy. The chilli sauce was a lovely unique twist to the usual. I will definitely be having this again and trying other things on the menu. Huge portions!!! Very friendly people in there. Thank you 🙏
