Ordered through Juat Eat, never arrived. Said they couldn't find the address, even though you have to put a location pin in. They offered to bring me the food back reheated, not made fresh as it's "not their problem". Food might be good, the guy on the phone is a knob.
We were staying out of town for a few days and after numerous attempts to order elsewhere no one would deliver. Thank God for that as marmaris was stunning we used them twice and on both occasions the food arrived on time and piping hot. Stunning quality for take away food. Will definitely use again.
The wraps we had were very good. Came with fries, we had side salad that was fresh and some breaded mushrooms. Would use again when next in Bridlington.
absolutely beautiful food. the milkshakes are heavenly. the cheesy garlic bread lightened my day when i was having a bad day it made my day better. the customer service is absolutely amazing, such a warm and welcoming staff and atmosphere
I cannot believe what just happened i ordered food online and specifically left instructions for the order that are simple, i recieved the order but it was made wrong. I called back after opening the boxes and stated that my order was wrong then the man over the phone got defensive saying the instructions were too hard and started shouting at me and I requested my pizza to be half half and no peperoni pieces on one half due to the fact its pork and im muslim, and he started screaming saying “well youre not a muslim like i am ur not a muslim like me” i had to swear on god i am. And he still was shouting at me over the phone. Horrible way to treat customers very disappointed especially if youre muslim yourself.
