DO NOT ENTER THIS CAR PARK. ANPR as soon as you enter. The machine doesn’t accept your payment, I tried my debit card and credit card, then I scanned the QR code to pay on my phone by Apple Pay, again both cards didn’t work. After 11 minutes I left the car park after unsuccessfully trying to pay. I managed to Park in the leisure centre car park across , paid with my exact same debit card at their machine and it accepted it no problems. 2 weeks later I have received a £60 fine from I park services saying I parked and failed to pay. I appealed, they asked for evidence that I can’t provide as I have no declined payments so stupid me has paid the fine. Scam of a company and I can’t believe they are allowed to do this!
Absolute disgrace. Trying to pay on a machine that doesn't work properly and no signal for the app. They charge you from the second you arrive. So trying to find a space, get beach gear ready, look after a toddler in a busy car park...by the time time you've paid they've charged you for that time already. East Riding should put an end to these dodgy car parks.
Great car park, No app to download just a web page. No need to register. Simples! Price is just over half the price of the Leisure centre car park opposite so competitively cheap considering the location next to the front. Note: it adds a 20p service charge. It also adds a 10p notification fee unless you deselect it.
Cheap but be aware this car park has an ANPR camera system, even though it doesn't look like it does, so do not overstay (my expensive mistake).
I stayed here for 4 hours on a Saturday recently. It's great that I found a space here as the council parks nearby were full! I used the online payment option and didn't have any issues. My only criticism is that it seems considerably more expensive than other local car parks.
