On the rare occasion that I need to go into the bank the staff are always very helpful. Recently had to go in because I had got a new phone and needed to access my banking App and Will got me back up and running. Thanks again.
My Brother is Autistic, and needed help to open a new account. We had an appointment with Vicky. Wow!! She was absolutely brilliant with him. So patient and kind. There are plenty of people in society who really need a branch to walk into for help, and a friendly face. Vicky, you're an absolute angel Hun. 😇 Thank you.
I have found HSBC Bridlington to be on the ball, and they have given me a lot of advice and help. I made a large transaction in February, they double checked everything I did and made sure everything checked out before allowing me to complete the purchase. Poor . I've been passed around. Stopped my business account even though I have has several conversations at my branch and on phone . I have no idea about online banking. I cannot afford the cost of my hospital surgery at hallamshire hospital in Sheffield tomorrow because they have stopped my card . This is unbelievable.
Had a banking problem went to bridlington branch we saw vicky who was absolutely good she got another ladie involved jo who was going on her dinner both vicky and jo took time to make sure the problem was resolved and sorted before jo went on dinner both went above and beyond thank you neil
