Kelvin made the process of buying and part exchanging our car a great experience. He wasn’t pushy and was very informative about the new car. Called us a couple of days after we had collected the car to ask how we were doing.
We will find it hard to put into words all the positives about our experience with Higgs and Barker. From the moment we met Kelvin, who put his lunch back into the fridge, to help us to the moment we paid (ouch!!) and were given the keys to our car, we didn't have a negative experience. Kelvin was very helpful, explaining all the controls and taking us out on a test run so that we could get a feel for the car. The transaction was simple and straitforward and we couldn't rate our experience any higher. Thank you Kelvin and Higgs and Barker.
