Really great service. We went in November to test drive a Jaecoo 7 PHEV car. The salesman Wes was really helpful. We went back in early January with a view to order a Mobility car, Jaecoo 7PHEV, they had what we wanted in stock so we drove away on Tuesday with our new car. Brilliant and many thanks.

I recently dealt with Richardson Motor Group Bridlington while ordering my new Jaecoo J7, and I have to say it’s been one of the smoothest and most professional car-buying experiences I’ve had. From my first enquiry, Wesley was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. He clearly explained the model options, warranty details, and delivery timelines — no pushy sales talk, just genuine customer care. We actually went there only intending to do a quick test drive, as we hadn’t been impressed when we tried the car earlier with a different dealer. But Wesley handed us the keys and encouraged us to take the car for almost an hour on our own. That freedom completely changed the experience — both my wife and I got enough time to get comfortable with the car, driving it properly in different conditions, and we both loved it. Another thing that stood out was the range of options they had on site — almost all colour combinations were available to view in person. We were initially set on the Amazonite Blue, but once we saw the dual-tone Amazonite Blue/Black, we fell in love with it and went for that instead. Communication from Wesley throughout the process was excellent — he kept us updated on stock, delivery and paperwork, and made everything feel organised and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish. Wesley and the team at Jaecoo Bridlington made what started as “just a test drive” into one of the most positive and confidence-building car purchases we’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Im writing to express my sincere gratitude for the service recieved from Richardson Motor Group on my recent purchase of my Omoda 5. The experience was more than outstanding. I would also like convey my thanks to Ashley the sales manager. Throughout the purchase it went so smooth and enjoyable. The seven year warranty came with the purchase of the car. I also took out the 3 year service plan at a great price that included 3 years breakdown cover with the plan. Today I recieved a call from the sales manager to ask how I was getting on with the car.
