Bridlington Hand Car Wash

Terrible car wash. They're cleaning cloths on the floor with a jet spray and using the wheel brushes on the side of cars. They left so many it look like they cleaned the rear passenger side of my car with a scouring pad. They're not interested in doing a good job. Avoid.

Very disappointed, my car is a four-door Renault Capture they classed that as a large car and decided to charge me £1 extra saying it was a large car I totally disagree. I will not be using this car wash again and they laughed at me. My car is clean before it went. It just needed a little tidy up rip off.

Paid for the FULL VALET at £80 which you would expect the car to come back in a like New state! However it didn't even come back to us clean. When we arrived to pick the car up I told them I wasn't happy with it. They then told me go wait 20 minutes and they will sort it out. 3 staff members work to clean it while we waited. (Looked like a rushed job as it was close to closing time). When we got it back it was still in this state ( see photos) And these don't even include the outside). Wouldn't recommend at all.

Women charged £13 for small 7 seater (zafira) when the guy cleaning it said £11 and on their pricing boards it said 7 seater £11. £13 is for large suv (range rover or similar 7 seater. Think she had trouble reading her own price boards!! Only accept cash as do not like audit trail.

Just fed up with these guys now. I don’t have time to wash my car anymore and for £10 I can forgive them missing bits on the sills or the bottom of the bumpers, which they do all of the time. It’s a tough job, they probably get rinsed by the owners. I go because they are the only place in town. Today I took my vehicle in for a full valet. Absolutely no issue with the job they did for £80. Like I say. I don’t have time. But when I asked them where the monkey that hangs from the passenger side air vent was I get nothing but excuses and abuse from them. The glasses, the key ring and power cables were where I left them. But where’s the monkey? Just admit that you’ve lost it. Don’t accuse me of being a liar and that it wasn’t there in the first place. It’s sentimental value to me. Oh, I didn’t say anything about the small change that I noticed was taken from the centre console though when I got home did I……
