Hi my name is David and I went for a tooth out today with Amir amazing l could not feel anything. So do not be afraid of having a tooth out, he's great and what a gentleman. Shakira is a lovely dental nurse very caring.

Lidia Rusu. That’s who I saw. Made an appointment for a check up and simply needed confirmation that I am clinically fit for partial dentures. She was going to take the money for the check up but refused point blank to offer confirmation that I am fit for partial dentures. All I needed was a simple letter/email but no. So I had to cancel my appointment. I did get my money back. Then later I saw the main dentist guy, who works downstairs, I explained the situation and he said, make an appointment at reception I’ll do that for you. So, I phoned up to make an appointment, they said they’d phone me back and they never did. This was a month ago.absolutely useless and pathetic. Wouldn’t recommend. Go somewhere else.

My regular check up went well -no waiting- very thorough with Dr Elena who has looked after us for years,, just a top caring Lady who always explains and gives best advice at all times. Then- a day later I'm back after breaking a tooth -helpful reception staff booked me in a cancelled slot quickly-and again - looked after very professionally with an excellent assistant with a plan for repair in a reasonable time frame with this extremely efficient team - 6 out of 5 Star treatment and care.. MyDentist need to hang on to this valuable asset !!..I'm not so sure that their planned move to new premises within Crown Buildings would be good move for staff and patients though... onlly time will tell.

Outstanding Dental Care from Amir at mydentist I had two complicated roots extracted today by Amir at mydentist, and I didn’t feel a thing. He explained everything clearly before starting, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the procedure, he regularly checked that I was comfortable, and experiencing no pain, but there was none at all. I have never had extractions carried out so smoothly and painlessly. Amir’s calm, professional approach and genuine care for his patients, make him the kind of dentist, everyone needs, which is why I will not go anywhere else.

After having a 59 year-old baby tooth removed, I cannot recommend Amir highly enough. I was anxious about the experience beforehand as it had been 42 years since I last had a tooth extraction and that was under general anaesthetic. However Amir and Shakira, his dental nurse, completely put me at ease throughout the whole procedure. Amir explained the procedure in simplistic terms and checked in with me regularly throughout, totally putting me at ease. The experience was totally painless and Amir and Shakira were both sensitive to my anxiety from beginning to end. Following the procedure, Amir provided after-care instructions and also discussed future options to replace the lost tooth, eg bridge or implant. The whole experience was positive from beginning to end so I would highly recommend Amir if you are in need of dental treatment. Amir is the kind of dentist everyone needs - caring, understanding, considerate of his patient’s needs, calm and professional. Oh by the way, he tells terrible jokes 🤣🤣but it helps to lighten the mood and relieve any anxiety. Don’t give up the day job Amir!
