While I’m extremely happy with the medical treatment I receive from the practice, I avoid going there as I’m an ex service man and not a malingerer. How ever every time I’ve wanted more than one months prescription for holidays it is very stressful as it seems I have to go up and down to the surgery repeatedly.I have often waited on the phone for nearly an hour. Today(20 November 25) I collected my prescriptions for holiday and an item was missing and not requested by the surgery Pharmacy Team. Yet again I have to go down there again to try to sort it out. The only stress I have to endure is trying to get medication for annual holidays. This will be the eighth year I’ve had to go up and down to get it sorted.
Epic failure to provide appropriate and timely care. Mis-diagnosis and mis-prescribing. Nothing caring about these self important clowns. Am I angry? Of course I am angry. This practice have lied to me and my nearest and dearest on separate occasions about different matters. No Caldicot Principles. They have a large brush and a dirty carpet. Some of the doctors here are not fit to practice. The GMC can look at that. Now I have de-registered from this shambles, I feel like I have survived. "Do no harm". Well you didn't stick to that part of the oath SReddy did you?
In, under 10 days, from filling in the online Triage form, I have spoken, with a Doctor, been referred for an X-ray, had it T the local hospital, appointment within a week, and now have the results .What fabulous service thank you, fantastic administration
I think this surgery is second to none absolutely 5 star the staff are amazing I recently fell down the stairs backwards due to ill health they offered me an appointment with dr singh at briid hospital personally I find him rude abrasive nasty vindictive man with the personality of a peanut I would not let this individual treat my dog
Moved me & my children last year no regrets at all they really go above and beyond get appointments same day most of the time friendly staff so happy we moved
