Field House Surgery

I’m a fist time mum, my son is 2 years old and every time I’ve rang the doctors for him or my self I can never get hold of them. Receptionists are sometime really rude. My child is a poorly child and he just gets pushed a side!! I get that they have others to deal with too. I never seen them get an appointment for my little boy. Field house surgery is a JOKE!!

Is this a doctors' surgery or just a building? I have been registered here for just over 12 months and have achieved just one appointment... even then it wasn't with a doctor. It seems that you cannot get a same day appointment unless you have an arterial bleed from the neck, and as for other appointments well... I have tried ringing today on four occasions... on the first occasion I spoke to somebody but was cut off after being put on hold, and then totally unable to get an answer. It's a joke.

Had to register as a temporary patient and have an injection at this surgery in a number of occasions. The process was easy and all staff were very helpful. The nurses I saw were really helpful and kind. Surgery was clean and nice.

They never answer the phone and won't allow you in so not that great of an experience tbh will definitely be changing doctors as soon as possible. If you have any sort of mental health issues I advice not using them as they pretty much fob you off and recommend companies that are just there to gather information not actually help.

Used to be a brilliant doctor but it's so hard to get through I've being on the phone for 35 minutes waiting in the queue to then be put through and its just rang out and then cut me off. Or just rings out and no answer. It's so frustrating.
