Most of the receptionists. Need to ask, before assuming. I was only registered 2 Months. When a female receptionist , put a complaint in about me & tried to have me . Moved to another surgery. (All because she didn't believe I had registered at Humber primary surgery) whilst I still lived in South Yorkshire. This member of staff kept calling me a lier. Which I didn't like the attitude. She was coming out with, to say, she worked with the nhs
Having moved in November to bridlington, just had my first chance to see the nurse called Suzanne to take some bloods off me. I'm an extremely nervous person when it comes to blood. She came to get me out of the waiting room and way she treated me was above and beyond. She didn't treat me like a child or give me any pep talk about getting over my fear of needless, no what she did was distract me with her witty sense of humour and she got my blood first time without a problem. She's a lovely bubbly woman who I wish I could have hugged. Thank you so much for putting me at ease you're a credit to the practice.
Dr Milligan is one of the best GP's i've ever had. Personable, professional and not one of the many i've seen who simply feign interest. Update 2022…Dr Milligan has left in mysterious circs, subtext being he fell out with Dr Kumar. Dr Laverick has been covering and she is of same ilk as Dr Milligan…actually listens to you and seems to care
I know there are problems within the national health service. That said, I think Practice one, in Bridlington are doing a really good job, I have no issues at all. I was lucky when I moved to Flamborough, that practice one was the only Doctors surgery who would take me on. Turns out I got the best.
Hi I had an appointment at practice one with Dr Kumar, my symptoms were a strained neck (right side of neck) and a lump. Dr Kumar just felt both sides of my neck and said there is nothing wrong with you, my neck is still hurting and I understand that will take time to settle down, but the lump I felt in my neck is still there and quite sore, all in all I felt Dr Kumar didn't take how I was feeling into account and the way he made me feel was not very nice.my drs appointment today 3 to 4/10
